All known physics predicts that the Universe should be empty. For every particle of matter created, a particle of antimatter must also be created. The mathematics is simple: 1ₘatter + 1ₐntimatter = 0. Yet, we exist. The observed reality is 1ₘatter + 1ₐntimatter + 1ₑxtra = 1. The question that the Standard Model cannot answer is: Where did this extra "+1" come from? We prove that this "+1" is not an accident. It is the macroscopic manifestation of a fundamental, topological invariant of the Standard Model vacuum: NCPᵗotal = 59. This number, 59 = 48 + 11, is the total count of independent ways the vacuum can break CP symmetry. From this single integer, we derive the new law of mass generation m = τ × t, resolve the baryon asymmetry with η = 6. 10 × 10^-10, and predict a falsifiable WEP violation for antihydrogen: Δg/g = -0. 012%. The Root is Zero: m (0) = 0. The Law is Mass = Time: m = τ × t. The Total Violation is 59. The "+1" is the Universe. The "+1" is 59. Zero Free Parameters. This paper presents a complete, parameter-free solution to the matter-antimatter asymmetry problem and provides a direct experimental test for the ALPHA-g collaboration at CERN.
