ABSTRACT Radar/infrared compatible stealth composites are crucial for evading detection systems in military operations. However, most current research focuses on enhancing a single stealth performance, which leads to the deterioration of the other, making it difficult to achieve coordinated improvement in both radar and infrared stealth performance. To overcome this challenge, block theory and an integrated design strategy were introduced into three‐dimensional (3D) woven fabric, thereby integrating thermal insulation performance with broadband electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption. The “plate‐like + spacer” structural design of the 3D woven fabric proposed in this study utilizes the spacer structure to inhibit thermal transfer and extend the EMW transmission path within the material, while the plate‐like structure absorbs the residual energy transmitted through the spacer structure. CST Studio Suite and COMSOL Multiphysics simulations further validate this interfacial regulation mechanism. Benefiting from the synergistic effect of the spacer and plate‐like structures, the prepared 3D woven composites exhibit excellent EMW absorption performance, thermal insulation performance, and thermal camouflage capability. This research provides a novel strategy for the development of radar/infrared compatible stealth composites.
