This study provides mathematical and statistical proof that the conventional interpretation of the Ramachandran space in protein tertiary structure formation is an analytical bias lacking the evaluation of the chiral hydration network. By analyzing 166,541 residues from high-resolution PDB data (less than or equal to 1.5 Angstrom), the author identified a strict convergence (338.24 sigma) to a singular point based on a mathematical phase inversion model. The observed offset in phase adsorption distance matches the spatial constant Delta = 0.010638 with an accuracy of 99.98%. This work redefines life phenomena as a dissipative structure following entropy production minimization within the 14th physical constant optimization phase of the universe.
