This study statistically verified the existence of a discrete lattice, defined by the constant Delta = 0.010638, within fluid fields through a cross-validation approach using Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) data from the Johns Hopkins Turbulence Databases (JHTDB) and global atmospheric reanalysis data from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ERA5). Analysis of over 145.51 million velocity vectors identified a statistical significance of 648.44 sigma in the ERA5 dataset and 168.94 sigma in the JHTDB dataset. The results demonstrate that specific geometric updating processes (Phase-14 Optimization) govern macroscopic geophysical phenomena, refuting the hypothesis that spatial discreteness is a computational artifact.
