Abstract Early meniscal repair and anatomic reconstruction in a multiligament knee injury optimizes outcomes and restores tibiofemoral mechanics. This technique describes a lateral meniscus posterior root and radial tear repair, with concomitant medial ramp repair, performed during single‐stage reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament, superficial medial collateral ligament, posterior oblique ligament, and anterolateral ligament.
