Cyclohexanes bearing three contiguous stereocenters, two of which are all‐carbon quaternary centrers, are synthesized via palladium‐catalyzed 4+2 cycloaddition between methylene‐δ‐valerolactones and electron‐deficient trisubstituted olefins. The reaction proceeds under mild conditions and exhibits broad substrate scope. Preliminary studies using chiral ligands afforded the corresponding chiral adduct in good yield and moderate enantioselectivity.
