This proposal outlines a framework for a continuously updating, globally inclusive historical record — not only major events or powerful nations, but every place, every period, every people, every species, every belief, and every lived experience. Current historical resources are fragmented by language, region, and bias. They record what happened but rarely why it happened, how it was experienced, or what it felt like. With modern AI (translation, cross-checking, reconstruction, real-time updating), open collaboration, ethical consent layers, and a dedicated focus on human experience, a living "chronicle of humanity" is finally possible. The author offers this vision freely, hoping to spark a global, open-source project.
