Background: The process of facial recognition involves identifying a person’s face using their facial features. The eyebrows are essential to the face’s overall appearance, along with the eyes, cheeks, and nose. The elder eyebrows appear droopy and decrease peripheral vision. By rejuvenating the eyebrows, we can increase our contribution to periocular rejuvenation and achieve higher levels of patient satisfaction. Since the Vedic era, herbal medicinal plants have been utilized. Hibiscus rosa sinensis is a member of the Malvaceae family. Among these are extracts of Hibiscus rosa sinensis, especially those made from the leaves and flowers. Regular application of hibiscus oil leaves hair silky and supple and keeps it from drying out. Gua-sha, a traditional East Asian medicine, thickens hair by boosting microcirculation and supporting stronger hair follicles. Over 2000 years ago, immune system advantages have been discovered for Gua-sha. This study aims to evaluate the efficaciousness of hibiscus and Gua-sha oil in fostering improved hair development and microcirculation for stronger, thicker hair. Methods: The study was an experimental, single-blinded, randomized controlled trial. The participants were allocated according to stratified random sampling. Twenty-two female participants were taken into consideration; it was a split face study where one side of the eyebrow had an application of hibiscus hair oil, whereas the other eyebrow had the application of hibiscus hair oil with Gua-sha. This exercise was done for 30 days. Results: This exercise showed that herbal hair oil application with Gua-sha showed effective results ( P < 0.005) for hair rejuvenation. Herbal oil with Gua-sha used together resulted in a greater amount of rejuvenation than Herbal oil used alone. Conclusion: This study concludes the use of herbal hair oil reduces the toxic effects of synthetic hair oils for rejuventation of eyebrows. A total of 22 participants were included in this study, where this study showed a significant improvement when Gua-sha was used along with herbal hair oil, which boosts the microcirculation and improves the esthetic features and confidence of the patient.
