Penetrating ocular globe injury is a sight threatening emergency and a leading of monocular blindness. We report a case of a 35-year-old man who sustained a penetrating ocular injury in the left eye from a steel fragment of a grinder blade at his workplace. This case highlights the importance of workplace eye protection, early imaging, and timely surgical management in severe ocular trauma.
