Abstract: PURPOSE: To report a simple surgical technique of cosmetic lateral canthoplasty (CLC) and the long-term outcomes. METHODS: A retrospective study reviewed the medical records of 80 patients who underwent CLC from January 2022 to August 2023. The study assessed demographic data, surgical details, complications, and patient satisfaction using a Likert scale (1–5). Procedures were performed under local anesthesia by the same surgeon. RESULTS: Out of 80 female patients, 77 were satisfied after their initial CLC surgery. Three patients underwent revision surgery due to dissatisfaction. In terms of satisfaction, patients who had CLC only once rated their satisfaction with an average score of 3.9 out of 5, while those undergoing revision surgery rated it 4.5 out of 5. Postoperative follow-up averaged 16 months, ranging from 10 to 21 months. CONCLUSION: Our study underscores a more straightforward and simpler surgical technique resulting in a high satisfaction rate and fewer complications in our population.
