This paper explores the hypothesis that the Milky Way occupies the geometric center of the observable Universe. Within the framework of the Fermionic Under-Heated (FUH) viscous condensate model, the absence of detected extraterrestrial civilizations and the observed isotropic viscous redshift are interpreted as consequences of radial medium accretion originating from the point of primary condensation.
