This conceptual study examines the complex relationship between algorithmic communication, organizational synergy, and collective behavior in the digital age. The rapid proliferation of digital platforms and algorithm-driven communication systems is fundamentally transforming traditional decision-making processes and behavioral dynamics within organizations. The study highlights how algorithmic mediation in communication can facilitate coordination while simultaneously obscuring individual responsibility and conscience, producing paradoxical effects on organizational synergy. Drawing on organizational behavior and communication theories, the research conceptually analyzes how digital tools influence collective decision-making, ethical awareness, and alignment of employee behavior.
