This preprint presents a BUFT C–X interpretive bridge for quantum nonseparability, phase coherence, decoherence, entanglement, Bell–CHSH constraints, and measurement. It does not replace standard quantum mechanics, but offers a structured language for relating local projection, coherence, reference, and recordable events.
