A 57-year-old woman presented with white, powdery crystalline deposits over the forehead and eyebrows, associated with fatigue and dyspnoea, and was found to have severe renal failure. Skin scrapings confirmed high urea content, establishing the diagnosis of uremic frost. This rare cutaneous sign of advanced uraemia highlights the importance of prompt recognition and urgent renal evaluation.
