Digital technologies are transforming the way regional literary and cultural traditions are promoted and preserved. In a world that is becoming increasingly globalized and digitalized, the significance of protecting regional identities and fostering culture-based enterprises has garnered considerable attention. This study investigates the function of digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce sites, streaming services, and online publishing platforms in improving the reach, accessibility, and sustainability of regional literature and cultural initiatives. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess the influence of digitalization on the development and visibility of regional creators and enterprises. It examines how innovative digital tools like storytelling applications, podcasts, virtual exhibitions, and online reading platforms are connecting traditional creators with global audiences. Additionally, it explores how these platforms foster cultural entrepreneurship by creating jobs, developing new revenue models, and invigorating the creative economy. Challenges such as limited digital literacy, language obstacles, inadequate infrastructure, and monetization issues are also addressed.
