This paper presents a structural reconstruction of the Dee-line Watchtower table material as a four-field name-function architecture. The analysis organizes the Watchtower names into 216 role-based name-functions distributed across East, West, North, and South. Each field contains three Great Names, one King, six Seniors, four lesser-angle governing names, sixteen governor angels, sixteen servient angels, four calling names, and four constraining names. A secondary sound-pattern analysis shows that the extracted name-functions also support a cautious breath-cadence and sound-family model. The paper does not claim final Dee/Kelley pronunciation, fixed musical notes, ritual activation, or a complete historical ritual manual.
