This article examines the role of digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing the effectiveness of language teaching within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education. The study explores how modern digital tools—such as online learning platforms, mobile applications, intelligent tutoring systems, and AI-based language processing technologies—contribute to improving the quality of language education. The research highlights the potential of AI to provide personalized learning experiences, real-time feedback, and adaptive content tailored to learners’ individual needs and proficiency levels. It also analyzes how digital technologies support the development of key language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, through interactive and engaging learning environments.
