The original ROC curve (figure 2) was plotted using a smoothed method, which resulted in slight discrepancies in the reported AUC values and 95%CI. We have now recalculated and replotted the ROC curve using the correct unsmoothed method, resulting in a slight increase of 0.015 in the AUC on the training set and a slight increase of 0.014 on the validation set, and updated the 95% confidence intervals for the training and validation cohorts. The corrected figure 2 appears below.
