Abstract

Three CNT-binding peptide aptamers, Y1, Y2, and Y3, were selected by phage display. While Y3 showed low affinity in the free state, immobilization on a cage-shaped protein (Dps) dramatically enhanced its affinity, yielding a markedly lower K d than Y1 and Y2.
