This poster, presented at the Association for Clinical and Translational Science (ACTS) conference in April 2026, introduced our draft survey from the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research at the University of Wisconsin - Madison that will be distributed to CTSA institutions to characterize accrual metrics and monitoring practices and to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement across institutions.
