This study examines whether the J-Rule reveals a shared structural pattern across three distinct systems: prime numbers, zeta function zeros, and heavy energy levels. By comparing original sequences with shuffled controls across multiple ranges, the analysis identifies a stable separation between structured data and randomised baselines. Across all three systems, the original sequences consistently remain in a narrow high-frequency band, while shuffled controls cluster near the 16.5% baseline. The persistence of this separation across scale suggests that the J-Rule captures a robust structural signature rather than a finite-size artefact.
