This paper argues that modern AI and digital infrastructure are fundamentally limited by ambiguity embedded in human language and probabilistic data processing. CTMinfo proposes a language-independent ontological framework where deterministic object structures are primary and human language is secondary. The paper introduces the principle: “One real object → one precise meaning.” It examines how ambiguity propagates through AI systems, industrial infrastructure, scientific reproducibility, and global trade, and proposes deterministic data admissibility as a new foundation for future technological systems.
