Abstract

This discussion paper documents a structural correspondence between the group-theoretic reduction so(4,1)→so(3,1) in ISC 1.0 and the 3-6-9 numerical pattern historically noted by Nikola Tesla. We propose that the 6 generators of the Lorentz group so(3,1) act as a decoding key between 9-dimensional bulk structure in Cl(4,1) and 3D observable physics. The 12 broken channels decompress into emergent spacetime and gravity. This work is registered for priority and discussion. Part of the ISC 1.0 series. The model remains falsifiable via Euclid observations 2026-2027.
