The crime of unprofessional agreement between individuals with medical professions is considered one of the most serious crimes that are widely spread in various societies, whether Arab or international, because it is related to the daily lives of individuals and meeting their ongoing needs for these professions, whether they need a doctor, pharmacist, radiology clinic, laboratory for analysis, or even a hospital and other places that host these professions. Despite the prevalence of these crimes, there is great cover-up and extreme negligence by the competent authorities, as these crimes occur frequently and include large commercial practices and disregard for the lives of individuals. In these cases, the patient is treated as a tool to withdraw money and get rich, and his illness and weakness are exploited without taking into account the results of these agreements. In addition, this patient is treated like any ATM machine for cash, without respect for this noble profession or any of the moral values that the owner of this profession must adhere to and his duties towards his patients. Therefore, we have highlighted these examples to hold them accountable and put them under the microscope of justice
