This study was to investigate the effect of forearm muscle coordination training with external wrist band on wrist function and tennis performance of tennis players with wrist impingement syndromes. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, tennis players with wrist impingement at D, and S tennis academy, were selected at random and allocated 8 tennis player each for the Non Exercise group(NEG), Strength Training Coordination Exercise group(SEG), Forearm Muscle Coordination training with external wrist band Exercise group(ESEG) and measured wrist function and tennis stroke accuracy before and after the experiment. The forearm muscle coordination training with external wrist band for 12 weeks.The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of wrist function according to forearm muscle coordination training with external wrist band, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Second, As a result of analyzing the change of tennis performance of tennis players with wrist impingement syndromes. In order to achieve the purpose according to forearm muscle coordination training with external wrist band, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the forearm muscle coordination training with external wrist band on wrist function and tennis performance of tennis players with wrist impingement syndromes.
