This study aimed to establish a correlation for convective heat transfer coefficients based on key parameters using numerical modeling, laboratory experiments, and mathematical analysis. Initially, a numerical simulation of the experimental model was conducted using analysis software, and the results were compared with those obtained from laboratory tests. The impact of various factors, such as wind speed, wind angle, temperature variance, and roughness height, on the convective heat transfer coefficients of the building's top and windward sides was examined. The analysis revealed that wind speed and temperature difference had the most and least significant effects on the upper and front faces of the cubic plane, respectively. Furthermore, it was observed that the angle had a greater influence on the front face than the roughness, while the roughness height played a more crucial role in determining the convective heat transfer coefficients of the upper face. Finally, two relational approaches were developed to calculate the convective heat transfer coefficients for the top and front faces based on the obtained results and the identified parameters.
