Based on the complete framework of PFUSR (Pythagorean Circular Table Unified System), inheriting the original logic of Logic Origin Theory and cosmic evolution law of Cosmic Growth Theory, this paper strictly abides by international academic norms of theoretical physics, comprehensively expounds the original essence, origin mechanism, hierarchical distribution and operation rules of cosmic time, and constructs a completely self-consistent and rigorous theoretical system of time origin. This paper clearly defines Micro-Origin as the origin of universal time, which is the inherent weak intrinsic disturbance of Unit-1, existing permanently relying on Background-1 universal steady base and Beta-1 universal coupling field, rather than a singular creation starting point defined by traditional theories. This paper supplements the core innate attribute of original time: universal time is inherently embedded in Unit-1, carrying a complete genetic blueprint of hierarchical, segmented and graded order; without any motion trigger, it exists in an innate latent state of extreme convergence, condensation and unexpansion, without trajectory dispersion and hierarchical differentiation. When the weak disturbance of Micro-Origin starts the cosmic inertial spiral rotation, the innate latent time unfolds and differentiates immediately, forming observable and measurable hierarchical time through photon motion traces. The gradient difference of spatial field directly leads to the hierarchical time difference between mother universe and child universe.
