In recent years, public news and industrial reports in artificial intelligence have repeatedly packaged mere quantitative improvements in execution efficiency as historic breakthroughs of ”human-AI co-evolution”. This paper firmly, clearly and unreservedly disagrees with such claims. The prevailing development model only superimposes computing speed, output scale and tool efficiency within a fixed cognitive framework, without any essential promotion in human cognitive dimension, original creativity and social structure. Its essence is quantitative expansion without dimensional elevation, and one-sided expansion without balanced development, which will inevitably lead to systemic involution, structural imbalance and global existential crisis. Based on the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System (PFUSR), with the 45° coaxial double-cone as the unique ontological geometric structure of the universe, and the Pythagorean Frustum as the practical framework, this paper relies on the three core principles of PFUSR-43: Homologous Origin, Isomorphic Structure, Synchronous Simultaneity, as well as the Adaptive Valve System. The system strictly follows the prime-dimensional evolution path 1→5→11, supported by the global dynamic operator ₁ and the intrinsic cosmic scale constant ₁=12/11. PFUSR establishes geometry as the ontological foundation and algebra as a computational tool, resolves all fundamental mathematical paradoxes, and achieves a unified description of physical laws. Efficiency improvement in PFUSR relies on dimensional elevation, and balanced development is realized through universal popularization of thinking. The system naturally does not participate in, disdain and need vicious efficiency competitions of 10 times, 100 times and 1000 times. It is the only path of civilization that conforms to the laws of cosmic structure and can survive for a long time.
