Interface-Bound Matter Candidates in a Frozen Geometric-Elastic Lattice presents a canon-constrained structural audit of proton-like and neutron-like modes in the MMU framework. The article does not claim a final proof of the physical proton or neutron. It shows how a frozen stiffness-inertia-coupling scaffold can support localized matter-like interface candidates with stability, projection consistency, phase closure, and neutron-proton mass-gap and neutrality proxies. A companion Python audit program is included to make the WIP diagnostics reproducible and falsifiable.
