Climate change is among the most pressing global challenges of the 21st century, with profound implications for public health, particularly in regions with compromised healthcare infrastructure. Ecological changes driven by climate variability—including deforestation, industrialization, land-use alterations, fossil fuel combustion, and ozone depletion—have expanded vector habitats and altered breeding patterns, resulting in increased transmission of vector-borne diseases (VBDs). These environmental transformations amplify human–vector interactions, creating complex health vulnerabilities. In addition to direct health impacts, climate-related VBD outbreaks exacerbate socioeconomic crises, perpetuating cycles of poverty, undermining sustainable development, and straining fragile health systems. Compounded by conflict and weak governance, these intertwined challenges limit the effectiveness of international aid and public health interventions. Evidence suggests that regions experiencing both climatic stressors and sociopolitical instability face heightened risk of disease outbreaks, highlighting the need for integrated approaches to disease prevention and health system strengthening. This study underscores the critical need for resilient healthcare systems, robust disease surveillance and control mechanisms, and the integration of health imperatives into climate adaptation strategies. Furthermore, improving governance and policy coordination is essential to mitigate the compounded threats posed by climate change, vector-borne diseases, and conflict. Addressing these interconnected challenges requires coordinated global and local action, emphasizing sustainable development and proactive public health planning in vulnerable states
