This synthesis document records the state of the Projective Dynamic Logo (PDL) programme upon completion of document D55 (Weinberg angle). It does not introduce new results. Its purpose is explicitly provisional: to document what has been derived from the four axioms C1–C4, what remains open by logical necessity, and what depends on external experimental confirmation. The document establishes that the PDL causal chain is internally closed: C1–C4 determine, without free parameters, the fine-structure constant, Newton's constant, the cosmological constant, the Weinberg angle, the Bekenstein–Hawking entropy coefficient, the periodic table through Z = 82, the nuclear magic numbers, and the principal equations of quantum mechanics, general relativity, superconductivity, and electroweak theory at tree level. The sole external input is Δmᵢso = md − mᵤ, itself a falsifiable PDL prediction in two independent versions (2. 532 MeV from D30; 2. 446 MeV from D55). Two internal items previously classified as open problems are reassessed: the 47 ppm residual in the proton–electron mass ratio (OP7) is reclassified as a metrological interface effect consistent with QED isospin corrections; the W/Z mass ratio (OP10-c) is identified as a tree-level result already consistent with experiment, with radiative corrections constituting a well-posed next step. Neither requires new axioms. Three external experimental frontiers are mapped: (i) the FLAG/lattice QCD determination of Δmᵢso at ±0. 04 MeV precision (3–5 year horizon) ; (ii) the Fermi-LAT analysis of the isotropic gamma-ray background in the 50–200 MeV window (D45 prediction, +11. 89% shift in the primordial black hole survival threshold) ; (iii) the FRIB/RIKEN confrontation of the nuclear magic-number predictions (D47). These are the only genuine reasons to wait. This document is intended to become obsolete as experimental confirmations arrive.
