Abstract

The core focus of this Deliverable D7.8 is to continue and update the analysis and assessment of potential and actual societal, ethical and legal challenges related to cybercrime investigation activities presented in Deliverables D7.6 and D7.7. While D7.6 outlined the entire societal, ethical and legal framework for LEAs fighting with cybercrime and already included imminent changes to this framework by new regulatory instruments at international and supranational level, D7.7 updated the analysis and assessment of D7.6. D7.8 updates these findings in D7.7 according to the development stage of the legal regulations and frameworks relevant for the CYCLOPES project.
