We derive the Mass-to-Flux Coherence Mechanism (MSFCM) for baryon-heavy gravitational lenses using the Bondi-Hoyle-Lyttleton (BHL) accretion framework. The coherence factor C is shown to evolve from C~0 at early epochs to C=1 at z~0.3 following a three-regime cosmological dilution (F7D). A null test against MOND confirms that the MSFCM signal cannot be reproduced by modified gravity scenarios (F7C). Intended for submission to MNRAS as a regular paper.
