This paper develops a testable flavor-sector phenomenology within ψ₀–OCM, focusing on bottom-quark residual structure as a discriminator of boundary-stabilized redistribution dynamics. It interprets flavor hierarchy, effective Yukawa organization, decay-channel residuals, Wilson-coefficient deviations, and correlated flavor anomalies as emergent consequences of stabilization geometry, redistribution closure, and boundary-mediated sector projection rather than primitive parameter assignments. The work introduces benchmark residual structures, EFT-matching logic, covariance-aware statistical tests, Monte Carlo implementation pathways, and explicit falsification criteria for comparing ψ₀–OCM against the Standard Model, SMEFT, compositeness models, Z′ scenarios, leptoquarks, and stochastic BSM residual interpretations.
