Based on the PFUSR universal steady-state system (static theoretical homologue PFUS), this paper performs essential dimensional upgrading and reconstruction of the classical Dirac equation, breaking the limitations of microscopic quantum domains. A universal cosmic master equation governing full-scale cosmic contraction, collapse, convergence, expansion, eruption and steady-state locking is established. Three fundamental original achievements are formed in this study. The unique cosmic growth master equation capable of deriving all cosmic evolution behaviours is confirmed. Homologous physical mechanisms and generation criteria for structural seed black holes and reverse white hole eruption are proposed. A three-level topological catastrophe judgment system is constructed to evaluate the stability, instability, collapse and eruption risks of cosmic topological bodies. This research eliminates long-standing theoretical defects in traditional astrophysics, including isolated black hole and white hole mechanisms, disconnected bidirectional cosmic evolution, absence of universal cosmic growth formula, and lack of celestial risk criteria. PFUS represents the static steady-state framework of the system, while PFUSR embodies dynamic reversible contraction-expansion evolution. The dual naming system fully characterizes the complete nature of cosmic growth and provides fundamental theoretical support for cosmic topology classification, celestial anomaly early warning and universal evolution research.
