This paper proposes a research program for clean charged-output nuclear decay and low-neutron nuclear energy modules inspired by the OUXSPACE framework. The central idea is to replace the usual neutron-chain view with a multi-dimensional manifold reading: nuclei are treated as extended nonlinear closure structures, while incoming protons or alpha carriers are field-field initiators rather than point-like projectiles. The preferred channels are not conventional high-neutron fission. Instead, the paper screens proton-induced alpha-output channels, including (p,alpha) and proton-triggered alpha-release (p,palpha), where the desired products are a stable heavy daughter, an alpha carrier, and sometimes an outgoing proton that can be stopped locally in water or light materials. The paper also introduces a provisional electron-bridge factor that can reduce the charged-entry scale by up to approximately 40 times. This factor is not treated as established nuclear data; it is a testable OUXSPACE hypothesis that must be verified experimentally.
