Green innovation has become a central mechanism for enhancing sustainable supply chain competitiveness; however, limited understanding exists regarding how supply chain information integration translates into superior green innovation outcomes through organizational learning mechanisms. Drawing on organizational information-processing theory and dynamic capability theory, this study examines how supply chain information integration (SCII) influences green supply chain innovation performance (GSCIP) through green supply chain learning (GSCL), with green entrepreneurial orientation (GEO) acting as a moderating accelerator. Using survey data collected from 162 supply chain managers in the Saudi manufacturing industry, the proposed framework was tested employing partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), complemented by importance–performance map analysis (IPMA) and necessary condition analysis (NCA). The findings indicate that SCII significantly enhances GSCIP, with GSCL partially mediating this relationship, while GEO strengthens the effect of SCII on GSCL. IPMA highlights SCII as a high-impact driver of GSCIP, and NCA confirms SCII as a necessary prerequisite for achieving green innovation performance. This study advances green supply chain literature by demonstrating how entrepreneurial orientation dynamically amplifies the conversion of information integration into green innovation through learning processes within an emerging economy context.
