effect of time interval (weeks) between courses among outcome groups, we used a non-parametric ANOVA (Kruskal-Wallis test).Results: Overall outcomes for course one were: non-responders =9, responders =14, remitters =12.For course two outcomes were: non-responders =12, responders =10, remittera=13.Whereas the number of non-response patients increased slightly during the second TMS course, chi-squared results revealed these differences were not significant (p=0.30).Non-parametric ANOVA analysis revealed no statistically significant difference across outcome groups based on the time between courses (p=0.36).Discussion: TMS outcomes show similar efficacy in repeat courses.The time interval between courses appears not to affect outcomes.These findings suggest that TMS efficacy does not diminish in a second treatment course.This supports repeat TMS as a viable and highly-effective early treatment option for patients with recurrent depressive episodes, regardless of time interval.
