Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is widely adopted across disciplines but often requires specialized software that may limit accessibility and reproducibility. CANCHARI PLS-SEM PRO is an open-source web application developed in R and Shiny that provides a comprehensive, reproducible environment for PLS-SEM analysis. The software integrates measurement model assessment (AVE, CR, Cronbach's alpha, HTMT), structural model estimation, bias-corrected bootstrapping (5000 resamples), predictive evaluation (PLS Predict, blindfolding), measurement invariance testing (MICOM, permutation-based), multi-group analysis (MGA), and robustness testing via the Gaussian Copula approach. All analyses are conducted through a browser-based graphical interface without any programming requirement, and results can be exported as APA 7-formatted Word documents, Excel workbooks, HTML reports, and ZIP bundles. By standardizing analytical workflows, eliminating installation barriers, and making source code publicly available on GitHub, the application substantially enhances accessibility and reproducibility in structural equation modeling research. The software is freely available and designed to support researchers, educators, and students.
