Development of Automated Decision Support Tools in the Sphere of Contract Procurement System for State Defense Needs

The article discusses current issues of developing automated decision support tools in the field of contract procurement systems for state defense needs. The author analyzes current challenges facing the public procurement system, such as the need to improve efficiency, transparency, and minimize risks in the implementation of defense contracts. A conceptual approach to creating an automated system is proposed that includes the functions of procurement planning and forecasting, automation of documentation preparation, selection and evaluation of participants, monitoring of contract execution, risk management, and security. The introduction of such tools will improve the quality of procurement management, reduce time and financial costs, and increase public confidence in public procurement procedures. The article may be useful for government agencies, customers and contractors, as well as specialists involved in defense procurement and digitalization of economic processes.
