In the context of increasing economic instability, Russian enterprises face the need to find effective management tools. This article analyzes the potential of benchmarking as a key method of anti-crisis management. It examines the current challenges of both external and internal environments, driven by global changes and local factors. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of international experience in Russian practice and the barriers that hinder its effective implementation. The importance of benchmarking as a tool for enhancing resilience and competitiveness is substantiated, and a systematization of its forms and application mechanisms is presented. Recommendations are proposed for the implementation of benchmarking tailored to the specifics of the Russian business environment, including the intensification of digitalization, investment in human capital development, the formation of a knowledge-sharing culture, and increased process transparency. The article concludes that benchmarking holds significant potential as a strategic tool for adapting to crisis situations and transforming organizational management under modern conditions.
