The Unified Loop Theory presents a general architecture for recursive behaviour across all systems. It defines how loops form, stabilise, distort, collapse, exit, and reset through interactions between constraint, curvature, energy, information, symmetry, boundaries, identity, and perspective. The theory establishes universal laws governing recursion and stability, offering a structural explanation for behaviour in physical, cognitive, computational, ecological, and social domains. By formalising the lifecycle and metrics of loops, it provides a foundation for modelling, simulation, and cross‑domain unification of complex systems. Acknowledgements This work is dedicated in part to the artists who showed what true originality looks like. I want to acknowledge The Prodigy, whose energy, defiance, and innovation shaped an entire generation of sound and identity.
