This study is a self-observational longitudinal study conducted under continued use of an electric massage device by a single participant experiencing chronic fatigue and pain. Tympanic temperature and multiple subjective symptom scores were measured, and their correlations and temporal changes were explored descriptively. In addition, observations of the external auditory canal were recorded to verify potential measurement error in tympanic temperature, and photographs of the back were obtained to document posterior skeletal alignment. By integrating these multidimensional indicators, this study attempted to capture an overall picture of the participant’s symptoms. The study was not intended for diagnostic purposes but rather for descriptive understanding of intra-individual variability.
