This paper presents the Dimensional Phase Transition Theory (DPTT), a unified theoretical framework proposing that consciousness is a deterministic law of sufficient complexity rather than a random biological accident; that black hole singularities represent dimensional phase transitions into higher-order states of existence structurally predicted by Bosonic String Theory; that the Big Bang itself was a reverse phase transition from a higher-dimensional state; and that the silence of the universe (the Fermi Paradox) is resolved not by the absence of civilizations but by their graduation beyond three-dimensional spacetime. We further propose that gravity is the only force distributed across all dimensional states, making its mastery the universal key to inter-dimensional navigation. The framework is internally consistent with existing theoretical physics while extending into territory current empirical tools cannot yet reach. This is an open theoretical conjecture intended to provoke rigorous investigation and mathematical formalization. Collaboration from physicists is invited.
