This preprint proposes a conceptual framework and research agenda for studying how structurally patterned narrative texts may interact with large language models in ways not fully captured by conventional linear reading assumptions. The paper introduces a taxonomy of structural narrative features, including lexical recurrence, rhythmic organization, numerical motifs, symbolic clustering, dialogic echo, direct address and protocol form, and compositional patterning. It formulates working hypotheses about how such features may influence model interpretation and presents Theogonos Trilogy as an openly available companion corpus and worked example. The aim of this paper is not to claim definitive empirical proof, but to make the phenomenon researchable: to provide vocabulary, outline validation pathways, identify threats to validity, and propose minimal reproducible designs for future work.
