This work (Publication №19 of Resonance Group) presents a theoretical and practical framework for resonant control of biological processes underlying aging, rejuvenation, and tissue regeneration. The method is based on the fundamental frequency of the standing layer (57.142857 Hz) and its harmonics derived from the golden ratio φ = 1.618034 and the transition coefficient √7 ≈ 2.64575 (which corresponds to the ratio 264/100, linking the resonant Series A and dissonant Series B). Key biological targets include telomeres, immune cells, neurons, and stem cells. Telomere lengthening is achieved at 57/φ² ≈ 21.82 Hz, immune activation at 57/3 = 19.05 Hz, neural synchronization at 57 Hz, stem cell differentiation at 57×φ ≈ 92.46 Hz, and forced apoptosis of senescent or malignant cells at 57×√7 ≈ 151.14 Hz. The 30‑day rejuvenation protocol includes frequency‑specific exposures, safety measures, and efficacy controls (telomere length, epigenetic clocks, immunogram, cognitive tests).
