This paper deeply extends the primordial topological gauge system established in PFUSRC-00 and formally clarifies the core cosmic mechanism of global synchronous expansion based on rigid skeletons. We strictly distinguish innate mathematics and innate physics as the ontological laws of the universe, and acquired mathematics and acquired physics as the empirical tools of human observation, including four‑dimensional systems. Under weak external perturbation, the universe forms structures through an 11‑layer rigid skeleton and a 12th‑layer global reference plane, which together achieve fully synchronous one‑shot formation: hierarchical dilation, rotational coupling, global alignment, and surface shaping occur simultaneously. We introduce the global alignment coefficient and the synchronous boundary‑layer formation coefficient, and establish a unified evolutionary equation for innate mathematical‑physics. The equation reveals that natural forms achieve perfect internal–external unity during dynamic growth without post‑modification. This mechanism is fundamentally different from stepwise human engineering and confirms that innate mathematical‑physics possesses ontological rigidity, dynamic flexibility, and a natural tendency toward stable, smooth, low‑dissipation morphologies. This work completes the theoretical closure of the primordial expansion mechanism in PFUSRC-00.
