Abstract In 2026, the global geopolitical landscape is defined by the volatile convergence of kinetic warfare and environmental crisis, most dangerously manifested in the Middle Eastern conflict codenamed Operation Epic Fury. This paper examines atmospheric warfare, a biopolitical and necropolitical project that seeks to enclose, surveil, and destroy life through the weaponization of the environment. By triangulating Biopolitics, Necropolitics, and Neorealism, the study assesses how current regional conflicts exacerbate the military emissions gap and disrupt the 1.3 trillion USD annual climate finance trajectory established at COP30 in Belém. The paper utilizes a methodology that integrates the Comprehensive Climate Impact Quantification (C-CIQ) toolkit with Forensic Architecture and remote sensing forensics. And the findings reveal that military activities account for 5.5% of global emissions. The paper concludes that the securitization of public budgets creates a direct fiscal trade-off that undermines the Paris Agreement, and recommends mandatory emissions reporting alongside a 15% reallocation of defense spending to climate resilience funds. Keywords: Atmospheric warfare, Biopolitics, Climate diplomacy, Loss and Damage Military emissions.
