According to World Health Organization (WHO), the inability of a child to live their life as a normal individual due to the impairment that influences the function of their body is known as Disability. The aim of our study is exploring parent’s attitudes and behaviors toward the rehabilitation needs of their disabled child in Karachi, adressing the regional gap. A cross-sectional survey was conducted between January 2025 to September 2025. The sample size was 304 selected through a non-probability purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using an adopted questionniare assessing emotional responses( frustation, pride), perception of child behavior and utilization of rehabilitation services. The data was analyzed through SPSS version 23.0. Among the sample size of 304 parents, 137(45.1%) were fathers. The maximum age of parents was in the age group of 36-40 years, with 78 (25.7%), and the minimum age group was 20-25 years, with 35 (11.5%). There were 78 (37.7%) male children and 33 (34.0%) female children in the category of physical disability. A significant association was observed between parental emotional response and child support services (P<0.05). Overall parents showed a positive and supportive attitude towards their childs rehabilitation needs, despite emotional challenges.
