This research note reclassifies the unsafe GCFT mixed-heavy \ (Bc (1P) \) ledger value of \ (6778. 410\) MeV as an undressed scalar-projection orbital transport value rather than an observed centroid. Applying a frozen hyperfine-deficit luxion dressing with no new \ (Bc\) -specific fitted parameter gives \ (M₁, ₃ₑ₄ₒₒ₄₃ = 6752. 569\) MeV, within \ (0. 169\) MeV of the LHCb upper effective \ (Bc (1P) ^+\) peak at \ (6752. 4\) MeV. The result is presented as a post-hoc candidate closure and future-test hypothesis, not as a prior prediction or confirmation of GCFT.
